Our many years of experience are reflected in a wide range of projects – in hotel management as well as in the concept, realisation and repositioning of restaurants and real estate projects.
01 · Hotel operation, management
The four-star Boutique Hotel Wellenberg in Zurich’s historic Old Town was taken over by CSU GmbH in 2003. It offers 45 rooms and suites, a lobby with library, a breakfast room and a summer terrace. Today it is one of the most successful city hotels in Switzerland.
02 · Project planning, construction
Restaurant Vertigo opened in 2007 as Zurich’s first lounge-bed restaurant based on the «Supperclub» concept. Covering more than 700 m², it combined a restaurant, bars and a club area. Concept, design, conversion and initial management were handled by CSU GmbH, which handed the project over turnkey to the subsequent operator.
03 · Leasing, marketing
The famous Tina Bar in Zurich, opened in the 1960s, is still one of the best-known bars in the city. It was a meeting place for personalities such as Gina Lollobrigida and Roger Moore. In 2011, CSU GmbH took charge of re-letting it to a new operator – with the clear aim of preserving the originality and character of the venue.
04 · Vermietung, Vermarktung
Die Brasserie Louis am Hirschenplatz bildet zusammen mit der Tina Bar das Restaurant im Wellenberg-Komplex. 2011 löste sie die frühere «Cantina» ab. Die CSU GmbH verantwortet Vermietung und Vermarktung – mit dem Ziel, den Charakter des Hauses zu bewahren.
05 · Eigentümervertretung, Verkauf
Das Hotel Ascot liegt am Tessinerplatz in Zürich-Enge, wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof Enge entfernt. Die CSU GmbH vertrat die Eigentümerin gegenüber der Mieterin und Hotelbetreiberin und begleitete später den Verkauf der Liegenschaft an die FIFA.
06 · Umbau, Projektleitung
Das Kino Academy, zuvor Cinerama Wellenberg, verfügte über zwei Kinosäle im Wellenberg-Komplex an der Niederdorfstrasse 10. 2006 verantwortete die CSU GmbH den Umbau des Kinos in den Rohbau – als Grundlage für eine neue Nutzung der Flächen.
